Medellin is affectionately known as the Ciudad de la Eterna Primavera (the city of eternal spring). The constant spring weather means that Medellin is one of the greenest cities we’ve ever seen! Apart from lush jungle vibes, Medellin is internationally renowned for its music, art and dance. Get ready to dance the night away with friendly locals (paisas). If you don’t already know a few salsa moves… you will soon.
We love Medellin for its creative energy and liveability. For you city loving nomads, Medellin has comfort, convenience, an AMAZING food scene and the best rooftop views. You can find our Nomadico community in both Poblado & Laureles. If you like a more authentic experience amongst Colombians, then Laureles is your drift. If you'd like to be in the center of the Medellin buzz and nightlife, then choose Poblado. Both have a growing digital nomad community, excellent (vegan) restaurants and cowork cafes.
About the owners
Nomadico collaborates with Carol Acevedo and Bernardo Naranjo, a friendly, enterprising couple, combine their engineering backgrounds and love for the environment in their company, Abbonato. At CAOBO, they ensure a comfortable, unforgettable stay in Medellín, treating guests like family with a focus on plant care.

- How do I do groceries?
- There is a big supermarket 10 minutes walking from our home
- What are the coworking opening hours?
- 00:00 - 23:59
- What is the policy on pets? Are there any restrictions, fees or rules?
- No pets allowed. There is one little house dog from Bernardo & Carol though.
- How do I get there?
- Arrive at Jose Maria Cordova International Airport and get a taxi or Uber to our home, which is about a 30min drive.
- What is included?
- Community manager and events, coworking, rooftop, jacuzzi and local family vibes.
- Why did you decide to open?
- The world needs more epic colivings and authentic experiences.
- How do you manage the community?
- Our community managers all get trained by our team. The pillar stone event of the week is the family dinner. Besides that we encourage co-creation among the community.
