I honestly can’t emphasize enough how much I came to love this place. I’ve stayed multiple times for up to 3 months in Maraya and enjoyed every single minute of it. The energy and enthusiasm with which the owners and volunteers run and keep developing this place is impressive. From my first visit, I’ve felt like I landed in an extremely welcoming community straight away. I’ve found everything that I’d wish for but it just keeps getting better. Through its communal breakfasts, dinners and many activities, Maraya will make sure you'll meet many new friends within a week. The variety of backgrounds of others will make your stay so inspiring. The whole place is well designed and decorated, comfortable, playful and it encourages you to embrace the outdoorsy world. Every time I leave, I feel so much more human than when I came in, which makes me yearn to come back again!

Maraya is magic. Centred around an open-air kitchen and pool, the vibe of this coliving is outdoorsy, laid back, and fun. Every morning you float downstairs to a beautifully prepared breakfast and family vibes as the host team and guests gather around the table. Someone connects their phone to the speaker and suddenly you're listening to music you never would have discovered, let alone thought of putting on at 9 a.m. The sun shifts overhead, lighting up the valley, and your batteries are full for the day ahead. I'd live there forever if I could.
