Laberint is an intentional coliving project in Palma de Mallorca designed for conscious professionals and remote workers seeking a balanced lifestyle. We focus on providing a curated environment that fosters both professional focus and authentic community. Beyond providing a workspace, we integrate our residents into the Mediterranean way of life through weekly activities designed to explore the island in depth and build deep connections with the local culture.
Located in central Palma, our coliving apartment offers four double rooms accommodating up to 8 residents. For collaborative work, there is a communal coworking area with 6 dedicated spots, in addition to the desks in each room. Fully equipped kitchen, confort lounge, and an outdoor terrace complete the shared areas included. Every detail is designed to offer a professional base that feels like a home, balanced for both deep work and shared experiences.
About the owners
A bridge between generations: Laberint is a family-run project born from a shared dream between Irene and her father, Cristóbal. This coliving is a bridge between two worlds: where traditional Mallorcan roots meet the modern needs of remote professionals. Together, they have created a space that honors their family legacy of entrepreneurship and a deep love for the island.
A journey of evolution: Before founding Laberint, Irene spent nearly a decade in Barcelona leading complex projects and consulting for major industries. After this successful chapter, she fulfilled a life-long dream: a 7-month sabbatical to travel the world. This intentional pause allowed her to reconnect with her essence and was the catalyst for Laberint—a project that combines her professional background with her passion for hosting and her Mediterranean roots.
Strategy and Soul: As co-founder and strategist, Cristóbal provides the business wisdom and the strategic backbone of the project. Having empowered his daughters to be citizens of the world, he is the precursor of the values of cultural exchange that Laberint stands for today. Together, they blend a legacy of traditional entrepreneurship with a deep understanding of the nomadic lifestyle focus on community.

- How do I do groceries?
- Laberint Coliving enjoys an excellent, central location. Within a one-to three minute walk, you will find several supermarkets, local fruit shops, and specialized "KM0" grocery chains that offer fresh, locally-grown Mallorcan products and sustainable goods.
- What are the coworking opening hours?
- Our coworking space is available to residents 24/7, allowing you to work at your own pace and easily accommodate any time zone or professional schedule.
- What is the policy on pets? Are there any restrictions, fees or rules?
- While we are great animal lovers, we unfortunately cannot accommodate pets in the apartment.
- How do I get there?
- Reaching us from the airport is easy. It takes between 10-15 minutes by taxi or car. Alternatively, you can take the public bus, which takes approximately 25 minutes to reach our central location.
- What is included?
- We offer a fully all-inclusive experience. Your stay includes all utilities (electricity, water), high-speed 1Gb symmetrical fiber optics in all areas, weekly cleaning, and towels and bed linens.
- Why did you decide to open?
- Laberint was born from a 7-month journey around the world where I lived the nomadic life firsthand. That experience of self-discovery and cultural exchange ignited my passion for hosting. I wanted to create a space in my beautiful home island, Mallorca, where professionals can connect deeply with the local culture and with each other in a curated, meaningful environment
- How do you manage the community?
- Our community is personally managed by Irene, our founder. She oversees every detail and organizes weekly activities designed to foster genuine connections among residents and with the island itself. Irene is also available to support you with any needs or questions that may arise during your stay.
